Tuned front and rear

Synthesis is Crankbrothers' tuned wheel system: a compliant front wheel for grip and precision through rocks and roots, paired with a stiff rear wheel that handles impacts and cornering loads. Up front, the inner rim width supports a wider tyre profile, increasing volume and contact patch for better turning. Pair it with a Synthesis Enduro Alloy 2.0 rear wheel for the full system.

Alloy 2.0 rim

Alloy 2.0 rims are 6069 aluminium, chosen for higher tensile, yield, fatigue and shear strength, and are shot-peened to create a hardened outer layer that helps prevent cracks. An updated rim geometry adds thicker walls in the areas most exposed to impact damage.

What you get

Sold as a single front wheel. Tyre and rotor are not included. Our Marrickville workshop can fit your tyre and rotor and install the wheel on your bike; that work is a separate workshop service.

Compatibility & fit

A 27.5in (584mm ETRTO) front wheel for forks with a Boost 15x110 thru-axle, with a 6-bolt rotor mount. Crankbrothers also offers this wheel in 29in.
