Genuine Canyon GP7445-02 Rear Derailleur Hanger Shimano Direct Mount for the Aeroad CF SLX, Aeroad CFR, Ultimate. The hanger is the small replaceable bracket the derailleur bolts to. It's made to bend or break before the frame does, so a crash or a knock in transit usually costs a hanger, not a frame. A bent hanger is the most common cause of poor shifting after a fall.
