The bottom half only of a Cane Creek 40-Series headset, for frames with an oversized 62mm head tube bore. S.H.I.S. ZS62/40 is a ZeroStack lower matched to a 40mm crown race for a 1.5in tapered steerer — sold on its own as a spare or to build up a headset, not as a complete set.

Compatibility & fit

S.H.I.S. ZS62/40: 62mm head tube bore, takes a 52mm bearing, 36°×45° contact angle. Fits 1.5in lower head tubes with a tapered fork steerer. Match the S.H.I.S. code to your frame before ordering — a ZS62 cup will not seat in a standard ZS56 head tube.
