Shimano Internal 2-Port Junction for EW-SD300 12 Speed

Introduced with the Shimano EP800 series, the SD300 E-Tube components form the interface between compatible STePS parts and expand the functional range of future Di2 systems.

Shimano BT-DN300 Internal Battery - 12 Speed

Thanks to its compact dimensions, the flat Shimano BT-DN300 battery can be integrated inconspicuously into the seatpost or frame. Not only in terms of dimensions, it is similar to its predecessor BT-DN110, but also concerning waterproofness, it is in no way inferior.

The lithium-ion battery features three SD300 ports for the connection to front and rear derailleur. The third connector is used in the case of a fully cabled Di2 groupset.

In-house tests with the components of the current Dura Ace R9200/R9250 and Ultegra R8100/R8150 12-speed series have shown that the battery provides a powerful and stable power supply for the powerful actuators of the rear and front derailleur over a range of 1000 km on average.

The Shimano Ultegra CS-R8100 cassette is characterised by seamless shifting processes that not only ensure quiet cruising, but also allow the rider to devote their full concentration to climbs and sprints.

This is made possible by the Hyperglide+ technology which has already been able to convince in the MTB segment with smooth shifting processes in both directions across the entire gear range.

Even under maximum effort or in a direct duel with the opponent, smooth upshifting and downshifting can be realised, while larger teeth maintain maximum efficiency. And the 12-speed cassette is even compatible with Shimano's previous 11-speed freewheel bodies.

Shimano EW-EC300 Charging Cable - 12 Speed

The Shimano EW-EC300 charging cable has been specially designed for Shimano Di2 12-speed road bike groupsets and is compatible with the components of the current Dura Ace R9200/R9250 and Ultegra R8100/R8150 series.

The charging process of the electronic Di2 system is carried out starting from the rear derailleur which features a corresponding connection. However, the charging cable can also be used for compatible Powermeter cranks. In each case, it draws power via a USB-A port.

Shimano Ultegra CS-R8100 12 Speed Cassette

Hyperglide+ - The conventional Hyperglide technology ensures smooth shifting upwards thanks to small shifting ramps, which guide the chain towards the next larger sprocket. Also Hyperglide+ uses this functionality but applies it in the opposite direction, too, preventing the chain from falling down when shifting downwards. The result is a smooth and consistent shifting in both directions, free of vibrations and without disrupting the cadence.
