Under the Fair Share Policy, DT Swiss will repair or replace the carbon wheel or rim at a fair price in the event of a crash or self-inflicted incident. The cost for replacement under this program is CHF 749 / EUR 749 / USD 749 per wheel for the ARC 1100 DICUT DISC model.
No registration is required for the Fair Share Policy, but the original purchase receipt with specific details must be presented for any claims. Proper assembly, handling, and maintenance according to the user manual are prerequisites for coverage.
